The last NA Sync 3 map update based on when they used to sell a 5 year subscription (for $199) should be NA226. The fact that they want that much for a map update which pulls its info from the HERE database (which is open source) irks me to no end. There's not that much work in creating the packages for Sync 3, so its a pure cash cow. -

Just received an email, Ford wants $149 for the USB update for SYNC3... uh, NOPE! My map is just ok, not as reliable as Google maps, so I'll stick with Google and save $149. 馃檮 -
NA224 is now available via the syncnavigation.com site to purchase or download if you have a subscription.

He's referring to display on the cluster, not on the Sync3 screen. Escapes are slightly different. If they do not have factory NAV you cannot display directions in the cluster message center without making ForScan changes.

without seeing your issue.... here are things to try See if another phone will do what you are expecting... has it worked before ? If not then maybe your version of hardware might not allow for it... 馃槑 If it has , then maybe an update to the OS might have affected that...... 馃槑
