after update to 3.4 you may remove usb stick....

Succesfully i could update to 3.4 and was allowed to remove the stick. in the car I could see the sync was 3.4

 

Logging in to my ford account and trying to see what to do after the update  I got the remark : "ER IS EEN FOUT OPGETREDEN.  PROBEER HET LATER OPNIEUW."    A mistake occured, try later again.

 

Since thn nothing changed. What to do?

Hi ceesdg and welcome to the Ford SYNC Forums. More information would be helpful, such as:

 

- What vehicle do you have and what model year is it?

- What version of SYNC was in it before you updated? The full version number, not just "SYNC 3.4". It should be something like "SYNC 3.4.XXXXX" (the X's being numbers).

- Did you obtain this update file from the Ford SYNC update site, or is this a third party update from a third party source,  such as CyanLabs etc.?

- Where are you located?

 

As much information as possible will be helpful.

 

This could be something as simple as a temporary glitch in the Ford SYNC system when you checked your Ford account, to an incomplete/corrupted installation etc. etc.
