johnmsch
I have a 2020 F150 Limited purchased new in June 2020. One of the first things I setup was connecting to iHeart Radio on my iPhone 8 Plus. It has been working fine ever since then. When I start the car and wait a few minutes, from the main screen on the car radio, I select Audio, then Sources, then iHeart. For the past couple weeks, iHeart is not showing at all. Anyone know how to get that selection back in Sources? Forgot to mention that Pandora also used to be on Sources, but its been gone for a while also. Thanks Edited October 31, 2023 by johnmsch forgot to mention Pandora is missing now also

Try this: Go into your iPhone settings. Then choose "General". Then "CarPlay". Then "Sync 3". Then "Customize". Check to be sure iHeart Radio and Pandora (and whichever other applicable apps you want) are still chosen to show in the "Include" list. If they are not, move them from the "More apps" list to wherever you want them on the "Include" list. Let us know how you make out and good luck. Just had some time to look at this again. I never did setup CarPlay as I didn't want to commit to the way it worked. After playing around with this, I remembered how I initially set it up and got it working again. From the main screen in the truck, I went to Settings -> Mobile Apps -> Update Mobile Apps. Waited for a couple minutes, and iHeart and Pandora are back in Sources.
