joewolske
I had the nokia 6650 and I tryed to download the phonebook into the sync and it wouldn't auto download so I went to the at&t wireless store. Then I told the person at at&t what was going on and had at&t download the phonebook to the phone, removed the sim card so I didn't have double of everything and installed a new sim card. I went out the the car to download the phone book and it came up as the phone was unsupported. The phone couldn't dowlnload because it was unsupported. Now what? Joe I loaded my important contacts into the phone's memory and they then loaded into Sync just fine. I kept the original sim card which does leave me with double entries for those contacts in the phone's address book but either entry works when making calls from the phone and I decided to live with that. I'm just guessing but I think you may need the sim card with the address book that created the contacts in the phones memory in order to have everything work with Blue Tooth. delornut
LarryQW
Try the "SYNC My Phone" app to load from a USB drive programmed by your PC or Mac.
