jhaninger Posted October 17, 2023 Report Share Posted October 17, 2023 (edited) MY 2019 Ford Ege ST started having radio issues where the radio would sometimes not shut off after repeated pushes on the button. The radio now always comes on when the car was started, even when the car was shut down with the radio off. When I shut down the vehicle when on a Sirius station, radio station would revert to the same AM radio station. It always used to start with the last radio stain playing. I tried to do a MASTER RESET and the touch button would not start the reset. I have to soft rebbot the system to get the Sync to come on again. (I had the USB unplugged and no phone connected.) I do have the lastest Ford Sync 3 update. I thought to unhook the battery overnight to reset the system. Is there a fix for making the Master Reset work again?
