Outbound calls ring once the disconnect. Each time she calls me while connected to sync, the call will not connect. I end up having to call her back. Did it ever work correctly for outgoing calls? My recommendations: First, try pairing another phone to see if it will work correctly with your vehicle SYNC system. Then try performing a SYNC Master reset, as per the instructions in your Owners Manual. If you do not have your hard copy, you can download the PDF version here: https://www.fordpro.com/en-us/fleet-vehicles/manuals-and-guides/ If neither of those suggestions work, you may need to have this diagnosed and corrected by your Ford Dealership.
