Yes it is possible. You would need to source, purchase and install all of the proper components...i.e. the new SYNC 3 screen, APIM, antenna etc. etc. You can find some instructional videos for other vehicles, if you Google "Upgrade Ford Kuga to SYNC 3", "Upgrade SYNC 2 to SYNC 3" and similar phrases. While the available videos may not use a Kuga, the videos will give you a general idea of the work involved. Let us know how you make out and good luck.
