Apm90 Posted May 6, 2023 Report Share Posted May 6, 2023 Ford Sync Phone and Aux not working Recently our Sync system isn’t working properly. The radio, Sirius XM, and CD works but anything related to Bluetooth doesn’t. The Aux and Phone menus don’t work. Because I can’t access the phone menu, there’s no way to perform a master reset. I’ve tried disconnecting the battery but nothing works. If I’m able to reach the Aux screen, it’s blank with no options. The USB port has also stopped working.
