shensai40 Posted April 30, 2023 Report Share Posted April 30, 2023 I have a 2017 Explorer with a Sync 3 installed, and it will randomly change to the climate screen which I am guessing is the default screen and not home screen which I prefer. shensai40 Posted May 8, 2023 Author Report Share Posted May 8, 2023 I try to keep it on the home screen (split screen, nav, radio and phone). It changes to climate when I turn the key off or if I'm just sitting listening to the radio. At no time do I touch the screen. Muzicman61 Posted May 10, 2023 Report Share Posted May 10, 2023 If anything is the default screen, it should be the home screen... I'm not aware of any settings for "default screen". If it is doing it just randomly, I'd suggest taking it to the dealership. Hopefully you are still under warranty. Although most 2017s are out of warranty unless you purchased a extended warranty.
