After master reset Black screen, wont boot.

I decided to do a master reset because there were several phones and wifi hotspots from previous users as well as map history. The system was generally laggy as well.

as soon as I hit yes on the prompt to master reset (parked with motor running.) it went to a black screen with backlight on, then went totally dark. After 5 min I pressed the power plus FF buttons to reboot. Same story. Black screen no boot up. Tried turning off car and back on. No dice. All usb and BT devices were disconnected.

did i just brick the thing?

Update. After letting my car sit off and locked for 20 min I went back and restarted it and it came up. 5 minutes sitting at the Ford logo and boom. It’s all back no lag. Works like a charm. Dealer really should have done that as part of reconditioning but whatever. It works. Loving it even with the lag, lag free will be great.

Good luck.
