I have tried different USB cables and still get the error. Would like to get connected this wat for the Android Auto but have been unable to. I have a 2017 Explorer with Sync 3. Multitask Posted October 25, 2022 Report Share Posted October 25, 2022 Things to check for, and I've seen others like this, make sure the cable is a Samsung authorized one, only because generic brands tend to not connect all the lines...
