Now my navigation option is not available, only "Information" is displayed in the upper right. Any thoughts on how I might resolve this? I did a system reset, reinstalled the update, no luck. Thanks! Rgirl Posted April 25 Report Share Posted April 25 I have the same issue on a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium, my navigation disappeared. I thought it was a issue with the SD map card so I went to the Ford Dealer who looked up my vehicle and sold me a new card which I tried to install at the dealership to no avail. The tech came out and messed with the sync but couldn't get it to work and than said that I must not have navigation on my vehicle. My question is if I don't have navigation why does it show in my Sync app under Software Licenses with a Install Updates button, Navigation/16777215, Expiration Date None, Remaining Uses Unlimited? jpohlman Posted April 29 Report Share Posted April 29 What build level of MFT is your unit on? For maps after A8 the unit needs to be on 3.08, the final was 3.10.
