igell Posted December 15, 2021 Report Share Posted December 15, 2021 (edited) I recently purchased a 2015 Explorer sport with Sync2 (v3.10) I connected my iphone XR bluetooth and trying to play music though either Spotify or Tidal apps Encountering several issues: 1. After one song is done playing, the next song does not always play (tried both shuffle and normal modes) 75% of the time it will not play a. the song just pauses, pressing play again does not restart the playback b. sometime i can skip to the next song and it will start playing again... other times i need to kill and relaunch the media app for it to start playing again. BT audio works fine without any issues with the same phone/ apps on my bmw Any way to fix this? What are my alternatives if i am stuck with this crappy connectivity? Muzicman61 Posted December 16, 2021 Report Share Posted December 16, 2021 As a new owner to a used vehicle, I always recommend resetting Sync to it's factory settings. Then if the problem continues, you may need to look more into the app. Possibly try searching in the Spotify forums. Personally I use a USB stick for my music to avoid any app issues.
