When I press the phone a message pops up on the screen asking if I want to redial; and shows the last call made contact info and contact photo. Is there a way to make it not do this ? Multitask Posted August 25, 2021 Report Share Posted August 25, 2021 if I remember right, that was a bug in the system that just never went away. Also remember that Sync (1) is no longer supported by ford for updates... so see if there is a newer one anyway. See if a Factory Reset (just deletes settings) helps, OR unpair and re-pair the device. And Also, newer phones maybe not work well with older technology.
