Alvarolarottag Posted March 21, 2021 Report Share Posted March 21, 2021 I need help to set up my new APIM module. After I replace it, SYNC says "Module has not been provisioned". I have tried to install an update (Sync 2 3.08) but it doesn´t work. It says SYNC cannot find files for my VIN. I believe I need the first SYNC version. But I do not have it. Ford web site says my VIN is already up to date (They should have registered my old module the one is broken). I already called Ford and they said I need to contact a Ford dealer.
