Nicktastic81
Good afternoon, my parents C max 2016 went into the garage for a service and mot. The day after they noticed sat nav was.not working and was saying sd card not inserted. So they tried the card again but still.did not work, they also tried another card which was older maps. But still no joy. I cant go over there at the moment due to covid, but trying to get them.to try things over the phone, ive got them to do a master reset but that didn't make any difference. Any help would be great. I think its a sync2
Muzicman61
How was the master reset performed? Did they pull the fuse? Or just do it from the Sync menu?

Muzicman61
Maybe try a hard reset by pulling the Sync fuse. You can find it referenced in your owner's manual.
Multitask
By chance did they take it back? If they did some maintenance, they F-ed it up... and should fix it...
