Marcelo Posted December 17, 2020 Report Share Posted December 17, 2020 (edited) Hello All, I updated my 2017 F350 SD Sync 3 software to version 3.0 build 20204 ( downloaded it thru Ford website, saved to a USB driver) and after the update Sync3 is lagging and freezing. There's a 30 seconds delay in anything you click. Very few times it runs smooth and goes back to chaos. The system is not stable at all. I have tried master reset, hard reset, disconecting batteries etc... works for few minutes and then it goes back to lagging. The prior software version was 2.0 build16074 and it was flawless.
