Dear friends,

Need your support to change the radio frequency from US to Europe.

Can any one hep how to do so?

This for Mustang 2016

THX

Hi msibonix. You can take a look at this website. Third reply down lists what they say are the parameters to change using the FORScan software: https://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4346

Let us know how you make out and good luck.

If you have any idea how to help me it will be most appreciated.

Thank you

Hi msibonix. I have had no need to use FORScan software myself, so my advice would be: The first thing you will need to do is learn what FORScan is and how to use it. You also need to purchase an OBDII USB adapter to use it. You can begin to learn about FORScan by taking a look at these links, provided by Googling "How to use FORScan software 2016 Mustang": https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&ei=2LbLX8iTEZ6z5NoP4eqMsAY&q=How+to+use+ForScan+software+2016+Mustang&oq=How+to+use+ForScan+software+2016+Mustang&gs_lcp=CgZwc3ktYWIQDDIECAAQRzIECAAQRzIECAAQRzIECAAQRzIECAAQRzIECAAQRzIECAAQRzIECAAQR1AAWABgo4YHaABwAngAgAEAiAEAkgEAmAEAqgEHZ3dzLXdpesgBCMABAQ&sclient=psy-ab&ved=0ahUKEwjI3_b1orftAhWeGVkFHWE1A2YQ4dUDCAw

Then you can use these links to find out what parameter you need to change: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=Using+FORScan+to+change+radio+frequency

The general consensus is you need to change the setting in parameter "727-04-01".

Hope this helps.

Also...If you are in Europe now, do you have Ford Dealers where you are located? I would hope/think they may be able to perform this change for you.

Keep us updated and good luck.

The US and EU use different frequencies for the radio, and Sirius...etc....

From what I have seen, you will need to purchase an ACM that is for the area you are in ,and swap them.... though this might not be 100% of what you need to do... contacting a dealer there might be better in the long run... though I doubt they will know either... ?
