I can get the live traffic updates but the local hazard information is grayed out and I’m not able to select it. ive reset Sync and deleted and reinstalled both FordPass and FordPass Pro apps but no luck so far. anyone managed to get it working? Hi Nician. If you can not get an answer here, your best course of action would be to contact your Dealership or Ford to answer that question. From the description of your vehicle..."a 2020.25 Focus Vignale", it would seem you are in the EU or somewhere outside the US, while most members of the "Ford SYNC Forum" are located in the U.S/Canada.
