Dwaniac
I previously synced my phone and everything worked as it should. Got in a couple weeks ago and Amazon has not played through speakers ever since. I have reset Bluetooth devices, re SYNCED with new pins and so forth. Amazon Music function operates as it should. Nonetheless, no sound when connected via Bluetooth. Rather frustrating to say the least.
Multitask
Any software updates happen? Could be Sync needs to get updated? When you check the settings on your phone for streaming, does it show? if not , might need to trouble shoot that with Amazon or your phone
Gadgetjq
Here's a 'way out in left field' idea. With music playing on your phone connect to the car via Bluetooth. Music should stop playing on the phone and be sent to your car system. Make sure audio is turned on and volume turned up. Still nothing? Try pressing the mute button on the steering wheel. I don't even know if it's possible but maybe, someway somehow, mute got turned on and stayed on? Edit to add: Another thought. When you paired your phone did you turn on media sharing in the phone's Bluetooth area? Occasionally (especially with iOS) users have to go in and manually turn some of the sharing choices on. When doing this, make sure you are playing John Fogerty's Centerfield on your phone! ?
