Considering the discussions we have had on other websites about the numerous issues you have had with this Fusion, which you purchased used, in a foreign country with little (to none) Ford service presence, I would think SYNC updates would be the least of your concerns. Also, concerning your other post with your VIN and SYNC: There is no way for any of us to determine if your car has available SYNC updates. You will need to do that through the website or contacting Ford Customer Service directly. Hopefully the website will be back up and running soon.
