Help! Sync 3 Build Number 17302

So I did a very embarrassing thing.  I uploaded a Ford sync 3 update to my 2018 Lincoln navigator and it reduced my touchscreen picture to about 1/3 of its original size and took away a lot of functionality.  Now my Lincoln thinks its a Ford (logo shows up on startup).  I've been to 2 different Lincoln dealerships and they have replaced the APIM with no luck. 

I got this note from concierge.

According to the technical hotline report:

“Typically we have seen this being caused by a flash drive with the wrong software getting connected to the vehicle. This cannot be resolved unless we correct the server data as it gets updated with the wrong software when this happens. This is why replacing the APIM does not correct the condition. We will submit a request to engineering to have the server corrected. In the meantime, please avoid connecting the FDRS to the vehicle or it will update our servers with the wrong software again. Once we have completed this task, well update the form with further instruction.”

I have been waiting a couple of weeks and really don't think this will be a priority for Lincoln so I'm looking for the build # that is in these 2018/2019 Lincoln navigators with that bigger touchscreen. 

 

Does anyone have a mirror copy of build 17302 for a Lincoln Navigator?

I find it odd that even with them replacing the APIM that it still does that.... doing that should have replaced the OS as well... to something like 3.0_17xxx that works...

Unless they have bad APIMs, or flashed it with the same incorrect s/w

 

I don't have the lincoln software, so I can't help there.... maybe have the dealer just replace the unit, no update, it's just a swap... even if it does not come from a navigator, it would look better, and might not have the correct settings at the start..
