markbishop
My car (2017+ Fiesta) updated Sync 3 to the latest version overnight. Now Android Auto tries to connect but without success. Sometimes a screen comes up asking me to set some options for the USB connection. Any ideas how to fix this please?
Multitask
It probably doesn't know what to do with the new version Try removing AA, then reinstall it markbishop

Works fine now so also upgraded to the new AA interface. So thanks for the advice - worked perfectly.
Multitask
Yea, I like the new interface, but it's still beta, so I'm sure there will be changes... Mine wasn't able to get away from the Google Player once I selected that... had to remove it from the phone
AUA
I have the same issue, I connected my wife's iphone and applecar or whatever the name was worked perfectly fine. It was frustrating driving 3 hours constantly looking at my phone for my GPS directions.

Did you try that yet? Let us know how you make out and good luck. Edited September 16, 2019 by bbf2530

I switched from normal USB C cable to GoPro USB C cable and everything worked fine the minute I connected to my phone.
