lelasmom2002 Posted May 24, 2019 Report Share Posted May 24, 2019 Hi I recently bought a 2015 Fiesta SE for my teenage daughter. There are 3 ports in the console. Cig lighter, usb and aux. only the cig lighter works. When we plug an iPhone into usb it doesn’t read on radio. We press MEDIA or PHONE and it switches to those screens then switches back really fast to the regular radio. Pressing voice command on steering wheel doesn’t do anything either. Keep reading about a master reset and don’t see the option for that anywhere on the radio settings or in manual. She really wants to be able to stream music from her phone. Please help!
