atlbronco
I'm just completely befuddled by my Sync. I have a 2016 Fiesta with the basic version. It's always been a little quirky but mostly would act up for a couple days and then just somehow go back to normal. I like to listen to Pandora. However, it absolutely refuses to recognize and/or launch Pandora now. I can start Pandora manually, and then when I want to listen just say "Bluetooth Audio" and it'll pick up the stream, but I can't fast forward, etc. I've rebooted Sync, made a new connection, restored defaults, disconnected the car battery, etc. I can make phone calls, listen to texts, etc. I have no idea what's going on. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Multitask
try removing Pandora from your phone.... then reinstall it... it's probably trying to get a permission set and failing..

atlbronco
Ok, so I reinstalled but still having some issues. Normally what I'd do is tell Sync "Mobile Apps" Then it'd ask me which App. I'd say "Pandora" and it'd start. Now, when I say "Pandora" It'll respond asking me if I said either "Cancel Route" or "Vehicle Health Report" If I say Bluetooth Audio, it'll immediately show the artist and song queued up on Pandora. But it will not play it. I'll give it commands such as "Play" and "Next Track" but it just sits and shows the song/artist without playing. I have no idea what's going on. Multitask
Could be a Sync 2 thing and your newer phone plus any update it has.... Kinda like installing a new version of Office (2019) on a Windows XP machine.... it might install, but probably won't work properly
