jfeere
I purchased my 2017 Ford Fusion in May of this year and in September and November I have gone into my car first thing in the morning and have had no display screen at all. The Ford logo did not even show up. I have an hour and 15 minute commute to the City and tried on my ride hitting the power button and nothing. I have my temperature controls at the bottom but I cannot tell what the temp is because I do not have the display. The one thing that concerns me is that I do not even have the 911 assist. I have taken it in to the Ford dealership 3 x's now and every time they tell me it is an update. Why would it completely shut off without anything. However the first time when I got to work I restarted the car and it came on. The next time I stopped several times on my way to work and nothing happened. The third time it took an additional 1/2 hr before it came on. I have also received a couple of times now a message on my display telling me voice recognition is not recognized. So I cannot give it any commands. Has anybody else encountered this and what was the fix.
Multitask
Sounds like time for the dealer... it should still be under warranty a factory reset might do it, but I doubt it
