Everything worked fine, and I received email notificationthat the report was ready and to log on to my sync owner's account and follow the directions to view the report. However...when I log on to my account, I see no place to get these instructions. When I click on Vehicle Health Report, it takes me to the screen where you activate the service. What am I doing wrong? Did you provide a cell number that is associated with your account and setup your preferred dealership?
