David Whitfield Posted September 29, 2016 Report Share Posted September 29, 2016 Hi guys i have just got my new C Max in the UK and has sync 2 but when i try ringing someone with voice it wont let me command prompt like my old car did, now i know in help options there is a way of changing this but when i go to help it says contact my ford dealer so i presume its locked is there a way round this so i can change the option to on Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
