mijovit Posted May 25, 2016 Report Share Posted May 25, 2016 Installed the new FordPass for my 2017 Fusion on my Galaxy S6 edge plus. Get logged in and when trying to accept the EULA, I get, "There may be an error. Please contact the Ford Customer Relationship Center for further assistance. {402}". Called them and they are aware of the issue, and said to try to uninstall and re-install or create another account for it. I did that a couple of times and even changed my password. I do not need another account and already have my Explorer tied to this account. Anybody know of a work around or have gotten anymore info on how to fix this?
