Nothing happens when I press the phone button, so I can't even get to the sync menu to do a reset. When I push the voice button nothing happens as well. When I push the aux button the screen flashes "SYNC" but then reverts back to the last radio station I was listening to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. 1911Ford Posted August 28, 2016 Report Share Posted August 28, 2016 On my third visit to the dealer ship to fix my sync not working at all, the dealer ship disconnected the battery to force a hard reboot.
