Coldneck1
I am new to the forum and new to Sync I just bought a 2014 F250 and I am having a similar problem, the voice is there but I can only hear it when I turn the volume up to max, and then I can barely hear it. It does however hear me I tried default, master reset and pulling the fuse, but nothing has worked

Coldneck1
After numerous attempts to repair the sync problem myself, I decided to take my truck to a Ford dealer They told me I have a bad APIM module I did some research and was wondering if I can find out if field service 12M02 applies to my truck?
