Hello,

 

I own a 2009 F350 Super Duty with the SNC system and I some how got the HOME screen in split mode. I now have 2 small Ford Ovals and I want to go back to ONE big oval but I have not found the magic button to push to accomplish this. So I am hoping someone here can help. I was by the Ford Dealership yesterday and they could not make it happen. They have never seen the mode I was in so I think they just might not have much experience with all the different modes of SNC.

My SYNC voice commands, recently, does not read all my Jukebox music...as if no electronic markers exist. Example; I just loaded Brad Paisley's latest CD. While loading the 'Artist' displayed 'Unknown', but listed the album name and each track name. However, SYNC voice commands do not recognize the CD at all !! To listen to it, I have to manually search. Hardly the purpose of SYNC. I have plenty of older CDs which are recognized, which makes me think this is a new issue with the system. Thoughts anyone?

did you try pressing the play buttons on the bottom of the screen

Dear Administrator: Your 'contact us' 'click here' link does not work. As for 'Your comments, opinions and suggestions are always welcome!', I made many (for improving on the Sync software) and no one from Ford or Microsoft ever contacted me. I find this very poor customer service, am regularly contacted by independent companies wanting my review of your product and customer service, and will start sharing with them your lack of communication.
