Help required please

Hi Nick. If the reset did not work, then perhaps check the fuses related to SYNC and the other inoperative features. You will need to take out your Owners Manual to look at the fuse charts and check each related fuse. Check the Index under "Fuses" to find the correct pages for the fuse charts and diagrams.

I find the PDF version on a desktop or laptop computer easier to look through than the hard copy.

 

Another option is to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes or so, then reconnect and see if that may reset things. But it is just a Band-Aid, and will not fix whatever the underlying problem is.

 

EDIT - Also, take a look at this thread, which I just found. Look for the post by "Sasktechy", concerning a warranty extension on the APIM (scroll a little past halfway through):
