jackfox68
I have a 2012 Ford F350, not sure which Sync version I am using. We just got the truck a couple of months ago and the bluetooth was working just fine. Now when we connect the bluetooth volume is extremely low, even when you turn the volume up 100% you can just faintly make out what is being played or the person on the other end of the call. We tried a rest but now when we try and connect to the Bluetooth the voice feature sounds like a static robot and we can't understand what it is saying. I got it to work again one more time, but the next day it reverted back to not being able to hear anything unless the volume was at 100%. I believe I updated the Sync software to version 4.3. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Brian
Multitask
What phone? 4.3 may mean you have Sync 1 (known as just Sync) Modern Phones are using a newer BlueTooth, and just maybe it is not as compatible as you would like .... See if another phone does the same thing.... spouse, friend, etc...
