NOTMY911
This started around end of March... ronmorse
ben senise
try turning your radio off before you turn off the engine. That works for me. ronmorse
ronmorse
Wow... I thought I was the only one! I realize if I shut the radio off before turning off the engine will work, however it shouldn't have to be done, if I leave it on an FM or AM station and don't shut off the radio before shutting off the engine it always returns to the last station, so it should do the same with sirius/XM (like it did when I bought the vehicle And yes NOTMY911 it did start the end of march, are you suggesting an update broke it? Muzicman61
I don't have this issue in my 2017 Fusion Energi using the latest Sync 3 update. What vehicle/Sync version are you experiencing this on? ronmorse

NOTMY911
... And yes NOTMY911 it did start the end of march, are you suggesting an update broke it? Would be too coincidental not to be related. Started right after I updated to Ver 3 (in March). Never did it in the previous 2 years (under Ver 1 & 2.2) and now it happend about 20% of the time. ronmorse

blockisle9
I’ve seen this posted in multiple places. They all say it started with the upgrade to 3.0. I’m holding off updating till this is addressed. Maybe the Ford people can chirp in. Lenny ronmorse

I do not listen to AM. But then with this crappy stereo system, everything sounds like AM. And $1200 was spent for the system. ronmorse
