rockchie
how are you trying to install the updates? are you under the info / apps section? and try and remove the files from the syncmyride folder and placing them in the directory of the usb and try again. if it fails i would just format your usb again and try to reinstall the update. hope this helps
Code_Warrior
I am following the instructions from the SyncMyRide website:Media MenuSelect SourceSync USB - Get message 'No Media Files'System SettingsAdvancedInstall ApplicationInstall Application?I tried moving the two .cab files and the .xml file to the root. No change. I tried another USB drive, no difference.According to the instructions, I should see a message 'Installation Complete' after forty seconds which I am supposed to ignore. Then I should get the message again after it finishes. I get the first message but never the second. I have waited 15 minutes for the second message. Code_Warrior
I have decided that the message 'No Media Files' is not an error message. It just means that I have no playable files on the USB drive. All I have are the software update files. So the only problem symptom I have is that I don't get the SECOND 'Installation Complete' message when doing a software update.
Code_Warrior
After doing more research, I think the two updates downloaded are already installed. 8L2T-14D546-AD.CAB and BT4T-14D546-EE.CAB contain the updates.

bryan240g
I was experiencing the same issue. Thank you for posting this. Thought my brand new F150's SYNC was already broken. It appears we're just up to date!!!
