Recently, the Navigation screen became blocked by a green window that does not say anything but prevents any selections on the Navigation screen. Voice command works fine still and turn by turn is available but all Navigation screens have the blank green window. Have a photo available if that helps. Tried master reset to no avail. Any suggestions? Hey New Jersey, I have the same problem occur this weekend when trying to program my GPS........Green box preventing all touch. I've removed the card, reinserted and turned off the car, removed the keys, waited, re boot everything and still green box. what did you find out?
