cccptv
I have not been able to get the Mobile Applications to work as they do in the demo videos linked to syncmyride. I can get Pandora to play by using “Bluetooth Media” as the source for the media player, but none of the info on tracks and artists shows in the display. I called the dealership and they said they’d find out how to make it work and call me next week. I’m trying to use Pandora in lieu of Sirius, which I didn’t realize was not installed in my car until I was driving away from the lot in my new Fiesta, but I guess that’s an issue for a different forum. Hello! When did you buy your Fiesta? ~ It may need an update if you do not see "Mobile Applications" in the Phone or Media Menus. What type of phone are you using? If its an iPhone, make sure its plugged in over USB. What steps are you trying to start Pandora through SYNC?
John Richardson
Any time I try to play anything through USB that isn't managed by our DRM overlords, I get a message that I am not allowed to play it (thanks Ford!). It will, however, play through the Bluetooth connection. Could this be your issue?
Malibu3105
I just purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. It has SiriusXM as well as NAV. Is it possible to play Pandora from my iPhone, and if so what are the steps? I have tried a couple of times with no success. I also notice my iPhone doesn't do anything but audio via bluetooth, meaning, that my phone book is not available, music playlists, etc. I always have to use the USB cable. I have test driven other cars and the iPhone works perfect via blue tooth. I hope Ford does an update soon to fix that.
Malibu3105
I did finally get my iPhone working with my system. Went to BT Audio. So pretty much whatever I play with my phone plays on the audio system. Pandora works great, and shows the name of the song. Finally happy with it.
