ribeirj@gmail.com Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 I just upgraded my Sync from version 2 to 3.1 and now when I go through the voice prompts to make a call the system says it is dialing and then immediately after the screen shows "Call Ended" and it never makes the call. If I manually initiate the call from my Blackberry 9900 then the call goes through with no issues. This was never happening when I was on version 2 I can't find anywhere on the web to resolve this issue. I read somewhere to try turning off Auto Download. I will try this soon.
