bananaman Posted January 28, 2011 Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 My car is only a few weeks old. Everything worked fine with Sync. Then today I could no longer use the Sync-->Phone-->"Call XXX at XXX" voice command. The response I got was something like "that Phonebook contact is not accessible now". My phone still worked. I did not change my Contacts in my phone. The Bluetooth connection and Sync still both worked because I could use Services and the Phone-->Dial XXX XXX XXXX voice command. This happened on the drive to work and on the drive home. Does anyone have an idea what heppened or how to fix it? I did not find anything in the forum. But perhaps a few hundred letters to Mr. Alan Mulally, President Ford Motor Company World Headquarters One American Road Dearborn, MI 48126 Will get their attention. Christopher Posted November 30, 2011 Report Share Posted November 30, 2011 2011 Flex. It's 6 weeks old, all of a sudden same thing. Both my wife's phone as well as mine. The contacts are in the phone book when I scroll thru sync, but the voice commands don't work.
