Hello, I have a 2022 Ford F150 that needed a modem update as I lost connectivity for a month and a half. After the dealership visit for the update I still have connection problems. I have called the help line and they walked me through 1)verifying my modem version was current and 2) deleting the vehicle in 'Ford Pass' and re-installing the vehicle which shows the lock/unlock and start buttons but they don't work and in a couple of hours the remote buttons disappear again. I have turned off the connectivity buttons and back on again but it makes no difference and the remote features on the dash are turned on. Any helpful thoughts on restoring the remote features?
