I’ve gone through all the steps but to no avail. Just didn’t really want to spend £150 on diagnostics alone! But looks like I can’t avoid it if I want it to work 🙈 thanks for trying though!

Hi, thank you. It’s 2012. The button won’t turn on, that’s the whole problem. I can’t toggle it. If I press the phone button it just mutes and sync button does nothing at all.

I’m hoping someone can help! Just bought a ford fiesta with sync 1 (I think) and when I go to Bluetooth, I can’t get it to turn on. When I press the phone button, it just mutes the radio. Can anyone offer any help? I’ve plugged in with USB and it doesn’t register and if I press the voice activation button, it doesn’t do anything.
