My wife's 2014 Ford edge has this strange issue with sync. Inbound calls work just fine. Outbound calls ring once the disconnect. Each time she calls me while connected to sync, the call will not connect. I end up having to call her back. Other than un-pair deleting and re-paring, what other troubleshooting should I try? Thanks.
