I have a 2010 Lincoln MKZ , that I've had for years and love. The one thing that has always bugged me is the flakey bluetooth connectivity with my iphone. It doesn't resume its connection the next time I start the car and sometimes difficult to connect. As I understand it, upgrading is a 2-step process and the first step is vin specific. The syncmyride site says that there are no upgrades available; however, I've seen/read other owners with same radio that have upgraded. I can't find any details anywhere on how to upgrade from the older firmware. Can anyone provide insite?
