That's the problem. I didn't know that I had to upload the file to confirm the update and I cleared the usb without uploading the file. So unless I can get a new log file I won't be able to install the map updates because it's telling me to update sync first. So frustrating.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get a new log file to send to Ford verifying my sync update ? I did the update but didn't realize I was supposed to upload the log file to confirm my system was updated with Ford. I've tried reinstalling the update with no avail any help would be appreciated. I have a 2016 explorer XLT with the sync 2 (Ford my touch) ?
