Ponche

Is there any way to disconnect the Sync auto connect? I have my phone connected to my Bluetooth headset in the house while I work and when my wife starts up the 2018 ford fusion hybrid out in the driveway it automatically connects to my phone and disconnects my headset. Very frustrating and I would like to be able to disconnect that function. I do not want to unpair the phone however as I like to be able to connect it when I drive that car. Does Sync have an auto function radio button that I can deselect or something similar?
