Navigation Not Working After Sync 2 Update

Hi Folks, I recently updated my 2013 MKX with the new Sync 2 software. Now my navigation option is not available, only "Information" is displayed in the upper right. Any thoughts on how I might resolve this? I did a system reset, reinstalled the update, no luck. Thanks! Jody
