I have the same problem with 2014 cmax. restarted phone, disconnected bluetooth, etc etc. I looked at owner ford site (I've done the sync updates on all my other fords) and it says I need to go to the dealer. Is there anywhere I can download the sync 1 (MFT?) 4.3 update and do it myself?
