tried that as well. What actually fixed it was removing the spotify app and reinstalling is from scratch on my iphone.

I recently purchased a 2015 Explorer sport with Sync2 (v3.10) I connected my iphone XR bluetooth and trying to play music though either Spotify or Tidal apps Encountering several issues: 1. After one song is done playing, the next song does not always play (tried both shuffle and normal modes) 75% of the time it will not play a. the song just pauses, pressing play again does not restart the playback b. sometime i can skip to the next song and it will start playing again... other times i need to kill and relaunch the media app for it to start playing again. BT audio works fine without any issues with the same phone/ apps on my bmw Any way to fix this? What are my alternatives if i am stuck with this crappy connectivity?
