Did have a screen until I pulled the fuse know nothing just a black screen.I also pulled the batteries for 24hr still black . call the dealer that it was probably updating but I could bring it in and they would look at it for a $140 hr. I would hate to spend two or $300 at the dealership and tell me that it’s bad rhen have to go buy and upgrade kit. So I’m looking for some more opinions on what you may thinks wrong with it?

Hi pulled the number 29 fuse and now the whole system is dead. I see use is good and I did put it back in black screen

Will a sync 3 with my steering wheel controls? Thanks for your help

2013 F350 with a 8” touch screen the Nav System quit working. Says insert SD card did that did not fix it. Everybody says to do a hard reset but I go to the settings button and there is no drop-down menu coming up with it at this time so I can’t do nothing with .Any suggestions
